With the ever-changing world of Building Regulations, the team at Woodward Smith have extensive knowledge in the new Part O – Overheating criteria and can undertake the simplified calculations in house to give comfort that your project will not overheat in the summer months.

 

Turning to health and safety; the Building Safety Act 2022 and CDM regulations are key in the design coordination process and Woodward Smith have experience acting as Principal Designer through the duration of construction projects.  

 

Our team have extensive experience in the running of RIBA contracts through work stage 6 of the RIBA Plan of Work which provides reassurance, that once on site, your project can be managed professionally to its conclusion.
